Third-Party Services
Our website uses Google Analytics and Hubspot services. It uses Google Analytics to collect information about how visitors to Excello Coaching use the website. There is more information on Google Analytics in the ‘Cookies’ section.
Google may store data on servers outside the European Union or European Economic Area. Google is certified under Privacy Shield.

The newsletter subscription is conducted through Hubspot and subscribes the individual to a database that updates on the services provided by Excello Coaching. You can unsubscribe from this list at any time.

Excello Coaching will not be able to enter into a contract with you to fulfil an attempt to provide a service if you do not provide your personal information. As noted in this privacy statement, we are processing your personal data to comply with legal and statutory obligations and in the performance of a contract. You can always choose not to provide personal information; however, we will be unable to provide certain services in these instances.

Appropriate measures are taken to protect your personal data from access from unauthorised persons or inappropriate access, internal or external. Your connection to our website is secure. Any paper files recording your personal data are held in a locked filing cabinet which can only be accessed by authorised personnel.
Complaints
